Cancel during the trial
When starting a subscription, the first monthly debit is scheduled approximately 72 hours after checkout creation. Recurring payment authorization is required to activate trial access. You can request cancellation before the first scheduled debit to avoid that monthly payment. Check the specific debit time shown by the payment gateway rather than assuming a full 72 hours remain after authorization.
Cancel a monthly subscription
Sign in to your account, open Subscription & billing, and use the cancellation control provided for your active subscription. Follow the on-screen instructions and verify the cancellation status. You can also contact us at vadigitalsolutions22@gmail.com.
When access stops
Our current cancellation workflow requests immediate cancellation from the payment service. Depending on the confirmed payment-provider status, access to paid features may stop immediately. Reports available under the account may remain subject to account and retention rules.
Existing charges
Cancellation stops future charges when confirmed by the provider. It does not automatically reverse an earlier payment. For an incorrect or disputed charge, review our Refund policy.
Important: If a debit is imminent or the cancellation control is unavailable, contact our support team promptly. A request is not complete until the provider confirms its status.
